利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、NewTown Records（以下「当店」）が運営するオンラインショップのご利用条件を定めるものです。当店のサービスをご利用の際は、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

第2条（商品・価格について）
表示価格はすべて税込みです。商品の詳細は各商品ページをご確認ください。当店は事前の告知なく価格を変更する権利を留保します。
第3条（注文の成立）
ご注文は当店が注文確認メールを送信した時点で成立となります。在庫がない場合は別途ご連絡いたします。

第5条（知的財産権）

Article 3 (Formation of Orders) An order is considered complete when the Shop sends an order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you separately.
