Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "these Terms") set out the conditions for using the online shop operated by Newtown Records (hereinafter "the Shop"). By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application) These Terms apply to all customers who use the Shop's services.

Article 2 (Products and Pricing) All listed prices are inclusive of tax. Please refer to each product page for details. The Shop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Article 3 (Formation of Orders) An order is considered complete when the Shop sends an order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you separately.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities) The following activities are prohibited:

  • Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morality
  • Placing orders or registering with false information
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Shop's services
  • Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Shop, other customers, or third parties
  • Placing orders for the purpose of reselling, subletting, or leasing products
  • Any other acts that the Shop deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights) All copyrights relating to content on the Shop's website (including text, images, and product descriptions) belong to the Shop or the respective content providers. Unauthorized reproduction or repurposing is strictly prohibited.

Article 6 (Disclaimer) The Shop shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by customers in connection with its services, except in cases of the Shop's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 7 (Suspension or Termination of Services) The Shop may temporarily suspend or terminate its services without prior notice due to system maintenance, technical failure, or other reasons.

Article 8 (Amendments to the Terms) The Shop may amend these Terms as necessary. Any amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the website.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute between the Shop and a customer, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
