At Newtown Records, we carefully pack each record before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Destinations We ship to all regions within Japan. For international shipping, please contact us directly.

Shipping Rates Please refer to the shipping rate listed on each product page. Rates may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Shipping Carriers Orders will be shipped via one of the following carriers: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post. Customers cannot specify a preferred carrier.

Dispatch Timeframe Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. This may be extended depending on the condition or availability of the item.

Estimated Delivery Time Domestic deliveries within Japan typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch (excluding remote islands and certain mountainous areas). If the recipient cannot be reached or is absent for an extended period, the carrier will hold the package and arrange for redelivery or collection. For international shipping, please contact us directly.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You can check the delivery status on the respective carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Items If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please notify us at moto_n@new-town.tokyo within 7 days of receiving your order. Attaching photos will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
